Dengue Fever in Cambodia

You’ll already be aware that the band Dengue Fever will play an open-air, free live concert in front of Wat Botum on Thursday 13 May to mark the 60th Anniversary of diplomatic relations between the United States and Cambodia. Now it’s been announced that the band will also play two days earlier on Tuesday 11 May at the Parkway Center on Mao Tse Toung with tickets at $10 and available from Rubies Bar, Garage Bar, Java Cafe and the Cambodian Living Arts office, for whom the concert is a benefit event. Dengue Fever will be in Cambodia as part of a world tour and the US Embassy in Phnom Penh have booked their services. A screening of the film about the band, Sleepwalking Through The Mekong, will be shown at Meta House on 10 May. (Andy Brouwer blog)
